Not Just Another Workshop
We restore bikes because we're obsessed with them.
This isn't a side hustle. We've been pulling apart two-strokes since we could hold a spanner. Our own collection includes some of the rarest Japanese motocross bikes ever made — machines we've spent years tracking down and bringing back to life.
That obsession shows in every build. We know what factory-correct looks like because we've studied it. We know what works because we ride them.

Mechanical Integrity First
A bike that looks perfect but runs rough is a failure. We build these to ride — or to sit in a collection knowing they could.

CONSULTATION
Tell us about your bike and your goals. Full restoration? Engine-only? Show piece or rider? We'll map out options and give you realistic timelines and pricing.
INSPECTION
Once we have the bike, we strip it down and assess every component. You get a detailed report of what needs work, what's salvageable, and what needs sourcing.
RESTORATION
Parts are restored, coated, rebuilt, or replaced. Engine work, chassis prep, suspension — everything happens methodically with photo updates along the way.
COMPLETION
Final assembly, testing, tuning. The bike is run, checked, adjusted, and prepared for handover. You get documentation of everything that was done.

Common Questions
If you don't see your question here, get in touch. We're always happy to talk bikes.
It depends on the bike's condition and your goals. A basic frame-off on a relatively clean bike starts around $8,000–$12,000. Rare bikes, extensive parts sourcing, or show-level finishes push that higher. We quote after inspection so there are no surprises.
Typically 3–6 months for a full frame-off, depending on parts availability and our current queue. Engine-only rebuilds are usually 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Yes. We have an extensive network for vintage Japanese parts and keep a good stock of common items. Rare stuff takes longer and sometimes costs more, but we've found parts for bikes most people gave up on.
Both. Some clients want concours-level museum pieces. Others want something they can actually thrash. We tailor the build to your intent — there's no point fitting NOS plastics to a bike that's going to see dirt.
Absolutely. If you've been hoarding parts for years, bring them in. We'll assess what's usable and incorporate it into the build. Just understand we can't warranty parts we didn't source.
Yes. We have finance options available for restorations over a certain value. Check our finance page for details or ask when you enquire.
