The Garage Eleven Carbon C6 is a purpose-built CR500AF carbon muffler. We designed it from the ground up for the 2022–2026 Honda CRF450R aluminium frame. This isn’t a generic silencer adapted to fit. Instead, it’s engineered specifically for the CR500 two-stroke engine in the modern chassis.

Why We Built This CR500AF Carbon Muffler

Anyone running a CR500AF conversion knows exhaust setup matters. Stock silencers don’t handle the unique routing and heat demands of a 500 two-stroke in a CRF frame. As a result, many riders struggle with clearance issues and poor performance.

The Carbon C6 solves these problems. It clears the subframe, swingarm, and shock linkage without compromise. Additionally, the design accounts for the specific header angles used in most conversion kits.

Construction and Materials

We build each C6 silencer from high-grade carbon fibre. The hand-laid process ensures consistent wall thickness and maximum strength throughout. Carbon fibre saves significant weight compared to aluminium or stainless alternatives. This weight saving matters when you’re already carrying the mass of a 500cc engine.

Furthermore, the internal packing and baffle design delivers strong mid-range torque. At the same time, it doesn’t strangle top-end performance. You get usable power across the rev range.
